Elevated Music Project

Elevated is an all age community led music project providing practice space, tuition, peer mentoring and quality recording opportunities for novice and veteran musicians in West Cumbria.
We offer the perfect opportunity to share and develop musical skills while enjoying a community of like minded people with a heart for live music.

J Club

The J-Club is specifically for 6-10yr junior aged children.  It is their own club where they can meet up after school with their friends, meet new friends and play games/physical activities that they choose in a safe environment where their health and wellbeing is important.

No Limits

No Limits is a weekly session ran every Thursday 6-8pm for Autistic young people ages 11-25yrs and is ran by volunteers/parents.  It came about by a chance conversation with some parents at a support group for children with Autism in West Cumbria who mentioned that there was no provision for their children as they reached puberty.

Open Sessions

Open sessions

Our open sessions are every Monday and Wednesday evening for 11-19yrs 7-9pm, £1 entry.  This is where the young people can come along and socialise with their friends. We serve light refreshments and snacks out of the ‘tuck shop’.

Friday Night Project

Friday night Project has been running for several years now and was started as an initiative to provide somewhere for young people around the county to have somewhere to go on a Friday night where they can socialise in a safe environment and get the opportunity to access other activities, whilst raising their awareness of the consequences

Life Skills Challenge

Life Skills Challenge 

The Life Skills Challenge is a group of young people who are brave enough commit to undertaking a series of challenges to develop themselves in several area.  Each challenge they undertake is then signed off by their youth worker and once all the challenges are all completed the group decide on the reward at the end.
